What Are Web Push Alerts?

This is an experiment from TODAY Digital built just for you, the ultimate Rokerthon fan. Web Push Alerts are short notification messages that come from a website when you have opted-in to receive them. As Al visits colleges and universities throughout the week of Rokerthon 3 these alerts will provide you with up-to-the-minute information about where he is and what he is doing.

How Do I Sign Up?

Click on the bell icon on the lower right side of this site. If you don't see a bell icon that means you are using a browser that is not compatible with the push alert technology that we are experimenting with for this.

Which Browsers work?

Do I Need To Have This Web Site Open All The Time?

To receive the alerts you only need to have your web browser open.

What If I Miss An Alert?

If you are away from your computer or your web browser is off then you might miss an alert. We will also be posting all of the alerts on this site at the bottom of the page.

How Do I Turn The Alerts Off?

Click on the bell icon on the lower right side of this site again and you should see an unsubscribe button. This is a limited time experiment that will only run during Rokerthon 3. Once Al's journey ends you will not receive any more alerts.
